Eric is a graduate from the University of Ottawa in Canada with a B.A in Communications minoring in Sports Psychology. He has been under the tutelage of some of the most knowledgeable coaches world wide. He is currently a certified golf fitness instructor with the Titleist Performance Institute, a certified golf bio mechanics with C.H.E.K institute and a functional movement screen specialist with FMS system. He is also a golf teaching pro level 3 with USGTF.
Eric AH-Yuen is currently a Strength and Conditioning Specialist on the PGA Tour. Eric specializes in golf bio mechanics, physical assessments, corrective exercises progressions and functional strength training. He works with a variety of players most notably with long ball hitter Robert Garrigus, rookie of the year John Huh, international champion Arjun Atwal and William Mcgirt.
Eric is the owner and founder of Winning Circle Martial Arts & Fitness Centre where he trains a variety of athletes from Olympic athletes to professional hockey, football and tennis players.
Eric is also one of the youngest 7th Degree Tae Kwon Do Master in the world and has been a world class athlete for many years. He competed world wide in TAE KWON DO medalling at 4 World Championships and eventually winning a gold medal in 2005.
